Donation Refund Policy
The organization takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, the organization will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send the organization a written request for a refund within 1 days of making the donation to the organization’s official address or email anantcarefoundation@gmai.com along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund.
In case a person feels that her debit/credit card or bank account is used to make donation by another person then please raise a request with the organisation within 3 days.
The decision of board of trustees regarding whether to approve or disapprove the refund of donation will be final and bounding on the donor.
Data Retention
We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfil the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.
Other Disclosures
We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors or users and as and when necessary to enforce our terms of services.
